It then becomes somewhat convenient for you to pick a particular plot to craft and build your dream home. With sizes in the range of 102 sq.mt-202 sq.mt, you are not necessarily required to compromise on any other format.
The land layout plan consist of 148 plots rang starting from 1,000m2 to 4,000m2 with five plot classifications:
- Plot 1 offers rang starting from 1000 m2 to 1500 m2 and these villa plots are situated along the main Residential Avenue and are not waterfront.
- Plot 2 offers rang starting from 1501m2 – 2000 m2. These are predominantly situated on a second row from waterfront properties and a partial sea view.
- Plot 3 offers rang starting from 2001 m2– 3000 m2. These plots are predominantly waterfront access with some exceptions.
- Plot 4 offers rang starting from 3001 m2 – 4000 m2. These plots are predominantly waterfront and are uniquely situated
- Plot 5 offers rang starting from 4001m2 – 5000 m2. There are a limited number of uniquely situated corner plots with waterfront access.
